500 g carrots
mix the flour with butter, water, suger and salt. Knead for about 5 minutes.
Blend the boiled carrots with the egg, sour cream and honey.
Mash the boiled potatoes with milk and butter.
Roll out the dough about 5mm thick; cut out small rounds; form a stand-up edge. Fill in 1 spoon of the mashed potatoes and 2 spoonfuls of the carrots.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C.
