Oatmeal Cookies

FI, cookies

• 3 dl large oat flakes
• 2 dl sugar
• 100 g melted butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 egg

Mix the ingredients and bake in 200°C for 5 to 6 minutes.
