Shave the radish into shreds, squeeze part of the water and set aside.
Start by setting p a frying pan to fry the shredded radish and add salt according to your taste.
Use 3 tablespoons of plain flour, add a small amount of salt and water, and stir to make a flowing batter.
Put the bottom of the spoon, add shredded radish and add the batter to cover the shredded radish.
Fry in oil until the surface ist slightly browned.
It was demoulded upside down and fried into golden brown.
Drain the oil.
