Rinse and chop the pork ribs, sprinkle them with salt and place in a preheated frying pan.
Fry on each side on a medium heat for 20 - 30 min.
Add the finely chopped onions 5 minutes before done.
Season the cooked pork ribs with pepper. Serve with boiled new potatoes and greens.
